Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations for car hire can be made via our website, by telephone, or directly at our Burnt Oak office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment, along with a security deposit, is typically required upon vehicle collection. All pricing is listed in British Pounds (£) and includes VAT where applicable. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Prohibited activities include using the vehicle for illegal purposes or any form of racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Please refrain from using the vehicle beyond its intended purpose, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or traveling outside agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization.
Violation of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Burnt Oak will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the prior 12 months.
